Hotel Dali in Constanta exceeded my expectations. the rooms are spacious and come with modern amenities like cable TV and a minibar. the location is perfect, just a short walk away from key attractions like the National History & Archeology Museum and the Casino. Plus, the view of the sea from the terrace is breathtaking. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape even more special.
